I have both the PSP and PSP Slim Gold Special Edition.
The PSP Slim will load much faster, but it is also much cheaper.
The new board sounds very "tinny" when it opened, the machine is new new scratches easily and shows every fingerprint. Block D is still better, but the analog stick feels less vulnerable. The weight is lighter, but rather from the hand because of the new surface.
I would not buy the PSP Slim'm, I'm not impressed with their very limited improvement .. One might think that every year the PSP has been absent, would have something better than his successor to do.
