I have a JVC 42 inch TV that has a line at the top of the screen. But he moved to the middle and makes a buzzing noise. Is it worth it, save as, or someone has an idea. Everything else seems to work well.

Probably just a bad cap in the power supply for the circuit .... vertical or power supply.
