Industrial Radiators The Best Way To Cut Up Large Industrial Radiators?

The Best Way To Cut Up Large Industrial Radiators? - industrial radiators

We have taken delivery of a large number of radiators, industrial refrigerator, which must be cut. Just heaters contain two types of metals, copper and aluminum (soft metal). What we want to achieve is a faster and safer, especially the most effective means of generating found separately in metals. What we are doing now is running through the radiator a band saw, which can then fall inside the copper tube aluminum fins of the radiator. The problem is that there is a long way to work.

Qn there is a better more effective than a band saw or a better piece of machinery, or we could design a piece of equipment the work to be done. Any
Ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

To invest, depending on the amount of time and money.
Plasma cutter, either manual or CNC version of the work is highly automated.
To cut day, the splitter valve.
Chipper break everything to the radiator, then separated with the density of chips

I think the cutting of metal should be faster.
