There is enough time to change after I leave wet (sucks ...).

I need something that can warm me, even after a cold shower, in March

Did you enjoy in practice? There are many ways to what should I wear ... depending on the amount of cold water, it will be.

In southern California is, the sea a bit cold - I am one of them: http://www.nrsweb.com/shop/product.asp?p ...
Training Release wet - water in the mid-50th Put a layer of foam on it:

If you do not go like this from a future need for a wetsuit ... Here's the deal: Do not wear cotton in all, not even underwear. All clothing must be nylon / poly or wool blends. There is a saying in almost all water sports: "Cotton kills."

Microfiber / Quick drying clothes
Merino wool or polypropylene long underwear shirt and long underwear
-near the wool pants and shirt.
- / Nylon upper Gore-Tex rain shell.

Wool, polypropylene and wool are tissues that keep warm even when wet. This tissue does not retain water and little water remains in the heat of the body heat. WhenWear cotton, which is a lot of cold water on your skin, you move to hypothermia because their body can not overcome. Cotton also weigh you and water is very dangerous.

The rain jacket is the wind away from you until you reach the ground. The wind is what you will be cool. Use a wool cap, remove from start-up, take it out and put it on your site!

If there is a tour, I can not imagine a trip leader / guide will allow the participants to hypothermia, abandoned in the name of the practice of wet. If you are in the open ocean, and rowing for must be the work that you will help your body warm and dry up soon.

Keep you pack an extra set of dry clothes in a bag, close the hatch, making it easy to reach. If you change the country, too.

Use polyester underwear. Use an oar-shirt. A superior set of dry clothes in a sealed bag of water. After the boat upright and replace, remove the shirt and the top of the underwear wet. Don laundry to dry. In the T-shirt inside out and dry off the surface. Donate it. I suppose there are boats on both sides do you consider the new material. The challenge, test your underwear and T-shirt pull in the bathtub. Wear wool does not absorb the water. Yes, keep you warm when it is dry. A dry cotton cloth in a bag to pack. Many deaths in a kayak is the result of hypothermia! Safety Standard: Outside cold water!

My rowing team will be staffed by:

Dry cag
Rash upward
Helly Hansen Thermal --
Thermal Pants
Running Fund (hehe)
Dry Pants,
Suit for very cold days and not a pole.

Depends on the duration depends on what you should use. Id say at least Westuit high heat and dryness of the CAG. But with my combo kit you can swim and go back to dry at the end of the day:)

could have get some thermals.you to an outdoor shop to go now, but most clothing stores in the total value of the winter months in the.

when the heat make sure you buy the polyester, cotton, because if the heat is wet created directly from you. polyeater not absorb much water.

Extract a cheap hood (dry) sea kayak, you do not need an expensive CAG with latex seals cracked. only that your body will hold against the wind.

Get a paddle jacket. I used to rafting / kayaking with my family a lot and I remember my father always had a paddle jacket, which was like the texture of the wool ... I do not know what has been done, but I'm sure if someone or something can help you to Rei.

Good luck!
