ISO 9000 internal quality system audit--How can I do it in one day? - system audit tools
I work as a quality manager in a small business. But we are 13 new cases and more than 50 different types of documents, records and forms have (yes, we all need them) in addition to our official policy. How can I verify that all honest, in a disaster?
I know you have the examiners a year, but to be honest, it only scratches the surface of what is really happening in the industry.
Is it possible to make a proper assessment in one day?
Or should do at least occasionally, a brief summary of the entire system?
